Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, but the dining experience left much to be desired. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was extremely convenient for exploring the city. However, the attached restaurant was a letdown in terms of food quality. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is above the average of 3-star hotels with a downtown location, offering clean rooms. However, there was an issue with room guarantee due to third-party booking.
The hotel had rooms that were a bit dated and not exactly clean, but the staff was very helpful. The service was friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable despite the room issues. The location was decent, but the price may not be worth it due to traffic noise. The dining experience was quite poor, but the effort in service was noticeable.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, the hotel offered enjoyable Eately classes. The location was extremely convenient for exploring nearby attractions like the Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier, and Millennium Park, making it a great choice for families. However, the dining experience was subpar, with cold meals being served during specific hours. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's affordable services like car hire, dry cleaning, laundry, welcome drink, and tours/ticket assistance added value to the overall stay.
My stay at the Hilton was overall pleasant. The room was spacious but could have been cleaner and larger. The air conditioning was a bit inconsistent, at times sending cool air into the room. The service left much to be desired, as they charged my card additional money upon check-in without authorization, which was frustrating and felt like fraud to me. On the positive side, the hotel is located in a prime location, making it very accessible to attractions and shopping.
The hotel offers a very homely feeling in the rooms, but there was a black water build-up in the tub. The location is great surrounded by upscale dining options, but the parking situation led to inconveniently long waits.
